3. No Contractor Relationship

Cobul is a technology platform and does not perform repair services. Contractors are independent businesses solely responsible for licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, warranties, and workmanship.

4. AI Disclaimer

Any diagnosis, repair recommendation, estimate, or summary generated by Cobul is informational only and not professional advice.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding repair requests, account activity, scheduling updates, quote notifications, reminders, and service-related communications.

All Cobul trademarks, software, branding, content, workflows, and technology remain property of Cobul.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cobul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Arizona law.
